All items will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of purchase and a tracking number will be provided unless it is a backorder item.

Only able to ship to the UK at present.

Flat fee rate; £6.00 delivery cost.

Backorder items

Any products on backorder can take up to 14 days for delivery, this is due to us not holding the stock in our salon and ordering on your behalf from our supplier instead.

A tracking number will be provided once we have confirmation from our supplier.

Classroom courses and delivery

If you are enrolled to start a classroom course at our academy, then please speak to us as we can arrange for you to pick your chosen kit upon your course date.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility to return the items are

The items must not be used or open. This is due to the nature of the business where hygiene is extremely important, if your items are used or open then a refund will not be processed for returned products.
We will only be able to refund the cost of the item and not the shipping fee to return the item at present.
